Consideration of human factors from an organisational perspective is critical at the design conceptualisation phase. Human Factors include: changing demands, uncertainty, resources, demands, and complexity.
We leverage our expertise to design interventions targeted at the organisation, team, and individual level.
We measure and assess outcomes to ensure the viability and the impact of a designed intervention

A change agent, with over 25 years of experience working with diverse populations, I am an advocate for health, safety, diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety. I utilise evidence-based and validated strategies taking a hands-on approach in the provision of tailored services and solutions to enhance individual and organisational wellbeing and performance adopting an inclusive, collaborative, person-centred approach.
Diverse corporate experience has been gained in both People & Culture and business functions. Experience extends to complex people-centred organisations, with both local and global presence, across multiple industries including Public Healthcare, Financial Services, Professional Services, and the Airline Industry.
I leverage high levels of interpersonal sensitivity and show an ability to relate to others in a warm and confident way to help and support people looking to enhance expertise in situational assessment, resilience, agility, and flexibility for change, or develop and enhance their leadership skills.
